Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise by requesting a Return Authorization within 10 days. This 10day grace period begins on the day that your purchase is shipped.

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the RA number. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, we cannot sell used merchandise.

Steps For Making A Return By Mail:
  • Fill out our Return Authorization Form to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  • Once you have receive the RA#, pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging, including a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the RA.
  • Send the package using the return sender of your choice. UPS, FedEx or USPS.
    *Please remember to insure your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
    ** Please write the RA# on the outside of the package
In Store:
  • Just as a “ by mail” return, please first request a Return Authorization
  • Once you receive an RA, you have 5 days to bring the item to the store

All requests will be processes after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. You will receive an email confirming the return credit. Return credits take approximately 5 to 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. MariBoutique.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Returns must be insured or MariBoutique.com is not responsible, and your credit card will be charged for the full amount plus the shipping charges if the package is lost.

We apply a different return policy for items purchased at Marie Boutique, Newport Coast, CA. Items purchased at Marie Boutique (Brick and mortar store) can only be exchanged or returned in the boutique for store credit only, not via mail or by UPS.

Please respect both policies, because of being different companies.

Christmas Returns

For the holiday season, MariBoutique.com will extend the period allowed for returns to accept all non-clearance items purchased after November 1st to be returned for a full refund by January 7th, or 30 days after the purchase date, whichever is later.

MariBoutique.com reserves the right to change exchange and return policies without notice.
